As the main marketing website for this internationally important area, the Skye Marketing Group required a professional design, coupled with interactive functionality and engaging content. The brief was to create a website which would effectively promote the world famous identity of Skye and market this as a brand whilst also advertising local businesses that provided key services and facilities.
We worked with our partner McDermott Creative to produce the design for the new website. The site includes a full content management system, dynamic image headings, newsletter functionality and online news, weather and radio updates to keep visitors informed with all the latest goings on. With a steadily increasing user base, the Skye.co.uk site has demonstrated its worth as a robust web development - able to handle many simultaneous requests without fault.
