Lanetech’s General Enquiries Contact Form collects your name and email address, so that we can reply to your enquiry. Similarly, our Support Ticket Contact Form, for use by Lanetech clients, collects your name and email address (for verification) so that we can reply to your support request. Also, this form optionally collects your telephone number to expedite support if necessary. If you become a client of Lanetech, we will collect additional personal data via telephone or email, such as postal address, in order to provide and bill the services that you have requested from us. Website usage data is collected using cookies (see below). Any personal data provided by you to Lanetech will not be shared with anyone outside of Lanetech.

Access to your information and erasure
You have a right to request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you.
